Often when I debut a new photo style on Jason Collin Photography new clients see it and want it too. Such was the case for these lawyer headshots with Scott of Turner Law Firm. The advantage of shooting on location is that you get an absolutely unique background for your headshot. This is demonstrated by the fact just 15 minutes earlier, at the same two downtown ABQ locations, I photographed his partner, Joshua, with the same lighting setup, same intersections in the background, and you can see how different his headshots turned out.

As a certified drone pilot in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I regularly photograph luxury real estate for my clients, like Fred & Sandra Creek of ABQhomes to help sell their properties faster and to be able to compete in the modern real estate market. Here at Jason Collin Photography, I have been at the leading edge of drone aerial photography and video since 2017. What drone aerial photos allowed me to do for this property was show its amazing neighborhood with a large park right next door as well as its proximity to the Sandia Mountains. The lot also has mature landscaping that would block views of the home from the ground, but from the air the drone shows the majesty of the tall trees surrounding the house.

This time teen actor Audrey visited the JCP Home Studio for a headshot session on both white and black backgrounds. We had an extended shoot trying different lighting styles, poses, and expressions. She ended up choosing ten headshots!
This maternity photography photo shoot in Altura Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico was a rare opportunity, so rare in fact this was only the second ever maternity shoot I have done! Ideal clouds for rural land real estate photography in New Mexico
On another rural land real estate photography assignment in Socorro County New Mexico for Hemingway Land, the clouds were finally close to ideal! It was a long 8-mile drive down dirt roads to reach this property, which is already in a remote area west of the town of Belen. I actually know this area very, very well having photographed at least 10 properties in this general area before, but never quite this far south. With that much dirt road to reach the property and that far from where I have been previously, it always makes me nervous about what the actual road conditions will be, or if someone will have put up a gate! Fortunately, this was as smooth as a rural land real estate shoot gets and I had time enjoy the views in between getting these fantastic photos for the client, which is my aim for each and every client of Jason Collin Photography.

Back on location in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico for these attorney headshots with Joshua of Turner Law. These headshots were made just 5 days after I made some for a local meteorologist at some of the exact same locations.
