After making a video and photo set one of the guest rooms at Del Mesa Carmel earlier this year, I was invited back to capture drone video and aerial photography of the community and surrounding Carmel Valley landscape. It was great to work with Odeli again who made the whole process of getting drone video of the expansive 55+ community organized and efficient. They just updated the courtyard by the main community building, so I made that one of the focuses of the drone video.
A Second Visit to a Pebble Beach Build in Progress
I returned to this stunning in progress Pebble Beach estate 6 months after my first visit to make updated drone video and aerial photos and to also get still photos of the special materials being used to define the interior of this 10,000+ square foot home. A lot has happened since August of last year when I first met Nick of Annigoni Construction on site. The most obvious addition to the exterior is the stunning copper roof! It glinted in the sunlight as the drone flew around it capturing new video. The interior had several different types of wood used in the ceilings, as well as stone on the walls. Hampton Inn Hotel Salinas Commercial Real Estate Aerial Photography and Drone Video
I first went to the Hampton Inn Salinas to make commercial real estate interior photography back in March of this year. I returned this time to get all exterior content, including a drone marketing video, aerial photos, and twilight still photos all to promote the hotel and its location. I really like this kind of all encompassing photography and drone video job where I can make content of the entire property in my own style delivering for the client a complete visual representation of the hotel from inside all the way to 200 feet above the ground! 10,000 square foot home drone video and photos for construction client marketing
New client Annigoni Construction has been building a 10,000 square foot house in Pebble Beach, California for the past 4 years! It is nearing completion so Nick asked me to come out and get drone video and aerial photos of the build in its current phase. I will return in about 6 months when the house is completed to make another drone video highlighting the finished property. In the meantime when a show piece glass staircase is being installed to the lower level, I will return with my still camera to capture that process too. Professional Airbnb Photography for Sand Dollar Beach in California
This was my first time traveling to this area of the central California coast, just about due west of Watsonville in the Sand Dollar Beach area. I was there to photograph a client’s longtime family beach house, now being used as an Airbnbvacation rental property. The client wanted drone aerial photos to show its proximity to Sand Dollar Beach and its beach house setting. I included highlighting and featuring photos for the client of the beach vibes found in the views of the property as well as the decor. Thank you Siobhan for choosing me as your Airbnb photographer!
Drone Photography showing movie studio lot construction progress in ABQ
I always enjoy getting a call from Shyann of Cinelease Studios Albuquerque (formerly I-25 Studios) because I know that means it’s a chance to fly the drone on an active, working movie studio lot! Of course pretty much everything happens indoors and I am of course outdoors with the drone, but it still feels kind of cool. The drone photography work for the latest project is not Hollywood cinematic, but more practical showing the construction progress being made on the lot. In this series of photos, you can see what the area looked like in January, and now what it looks like 4 months later. Mountain setting for Airbnb in the La Luz area of Albuquerque New Mexico
Hidden far up La Luz in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is this Airbnb nestled in a stunning mountain setting. I took my camera and drone through winding dirt roads to reach this Airbnb to make professional photos of it as the owner wants to stand out from all the competition in Albuquerque. I sent the drone up first to show the Airbnb listing’s proximity to the Sandia Mountains and hiking trails. Inside, I featured using a wide angle lens the open floor plan of the main level, and then the two upstairs bedrooms. Switching lenses I then made highlighting photos of the features in this Airbnb, like a crib for a baby, high chairs, and a cool bean bag chair for lounging around. My goal when photographing an Airbnb is showing others what I would want to see if I were considering this Airbnb listing using my 10+ years experience of staying in Airbnbs all over the U.S.
