This was my second Airbnb photography shoot for Crystal (first shoot). It is always a great compliment to get repeat business from a client! This cozy, remodeled Airbnb is in Seaside, California. The client requested only interior photos this time. Crystal had her Seaside vacation rental property staged very well making it easy and efficient to photograph making both featuring and highlighting (more close up) photos to show off the space itself, and the comfortable and convenient amenities included for guests staying at this Airbnb. I first had the opportunity to photograph this amazing Airbnb vacation rental in Carmel, California in April of this year (first shoot). Since that shoot, owner and designer Melissa has been busy finishing up the outdoor spaces and further improving some of the interior spaces. So I took my camera back to Torres St and again worked closely just like last time with Melissas getting the exact angles and views of the spaces she envisioned in her scouting photography plan. This was my first time to venture to Salinas, California to photograph an Airbnb vacation rental property. This Airbnb was setup for a lot of guests, with three bedrooms, two of which featured multiple beds. As I do when specifically photographing a property that is an Airbnb, I went through the house at the end getting highlighting and featuring shots of the special features for guests, and views of the contents of the house that I think would appeal to guests wanting to stay somewhere comfy and inviting on vacation or just for out of town travel. Carmel Airbnb Photography for a cozy cottage on Torres St

Melissa did a fantastic job of preparing her Airbnb property in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California for its first photography day of two. I will return to get twilight shots and more exterior shots in the near future. This photo focussed on the main living space, the dining room, and the two bedrooms. I worked closely with Melissa to photograph just the spaces from the angles that were the most photo ready. It was a true team effort on this Airbnb photo shoot in Carmel. Professional Photos for Airbnb or Verb or Vacation Rental Home in Pebble Beach with Drone Aerial Photos too

Pebble Beach, California is becoming the place I go to most to make professional photos and aerial drone photos of Airbnb, Vrbo, an vacation home rental properties! The large, open common space photographed well showing a great place for Airbnb guests to spend time. I worked with a stager to setup a food / drink setting in order to get highlight and featuring photos, in addition to the wide angle shots of the rooms themselves. Highlighting photos are necessary for Airbnb shoots to let guests feel what kind of experience they could have in the home, while such photos may not always be needed or wanted in traditional real estate listings. I stayed until twilight to get a few lights on through the windows shots, and I also sent the drone up to show the property in its unique forested and sloped setting.
