For couples looking for something even more unique, I can also incorporate aerial drone video into a surprise proposal when the location, airspace, weather, and site rules allow.
For Tim and Anna's surprise proposal in Pacific Grove, I had the drone in the air before they arrived and recorded their walk toward the coast and the actual moment Tim proposed. After the surprise, I put the drone away and switched to my cameras for their engagement portraits, then later added more aerial footage of them exploring the coastline together.
