Airbnb Photography for amazing listing in Albuquerque New Mexico
Danny is a new Airbnb owner in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a unique property he wanted comprehensive professional photos of to show off its many details and features. The rooms were all extremely well decorated, and there is a large nearly cafeteria like dining hall for guests as a community eating space. The exterior grounds are extensive for taking a stroll or letting the kids play, as the drone photos show, and in the future he hopes to host weddings there and accommodate every guest in one location. Spending sunset time in the desert of New Mexico for real estate photography
Lately I’ve been to both Valencia County and Torrence County in New Mexico several times on rural land real estate photography shoots. This is an opportunity to go to an area that is usually pretty remote and quiet and just listen to the desert as the daytime shift gives way to the nighttime shift. Plus, if the clouds are right, the big sky sunsets make for great views.
Commercial Photography for restaurant branding and marketing in ABQ
County Line Restaurant in Albuquerque, New Mexico basically sits atop the city nestled right up against the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. It made for a great setting as I visited the restaurant a different times over two days to make interior and exterior photos as well as a 4K drone video showing the restaurant in its stunning setting. I used a variety of shooting techniques to get the interior shots, likewise for the exterior shots. As a professional commercial photographer, I am not set on one particular style of shooting, but rather choose the best for the shooting environment that will get the best results for the client. So for the interiors, sometimes I used off camera lighting, sometimes HDR shots, and sometimes a single exposure worked best. It was great working with the team at County Line Restaurant to make this wide ranging series of dynamic visual content for their branding, marketing, and social media.
Rio Rancho Real Estate Photography for Contemporary Luxury Home
Jim contacted me about real estate photography for his contemporary luxury home in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Photographing such a beautifully designed and decorated luxury home is a pleasure for me. The open concept living room and kitchen was an area I alone spent over an hour photographing! Photographing a luxury home like this I use the best interior photography technique of flambient when the shot suited it, and other times traditional off camera lighting shots. At the end of August I had a unique opportunity to photograph and fly over a unique luxury ranch property only about 1.5 miles as the crow flies beyond the New Mexico border in a small, small town call Blue River, Arizona. This shoot was unique because I actually stayed on the property in the guest cabin, so I could easily shoot at all hours of the day capturing a luxury real estate property like I never was able to do before. The owner, Miriam, was a gracious host and very helpful even in assisting with some aspects of the shoot. Clouds making for stunning rural land real estate photos in New Mexico
As the best and most prolific rural land real estate photographer in the state of New Mexico, I am constantly looking at weather reports for trying to get the best possible skies for client shoots. On a day like this in Taos, New Mexico, the clouds were absolutely dramatically stunning and the results were over 50 photos from around the Carson Estates area near Taos, New Mexico that delivered exactly what my client, Hemingway Land Company, wanted for grabbing the attention of land buying customers who will likely be buying sight unseen. I covered dozens of miles off road and hours of getting in and out of my Jeep from noon to sunset to create this collection of rural land real estate photographs that will help my client sell the land faster.
Drone Video combined with the best interior photography style
I was contacted directly by the Geoffrey, the owner of this house in the Ridgecrest neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico to make drone video and interior photos, plus twilight photos as he has chosen to sell it by owner. I spent a good amount of time meeting with him to discuss the photography and drone video of the house and then on site several times to get a wide variety of photographs to help him sell it as quickly as possible and for the best possible price. Drone video shows the property in context with the surrounding neighborhood, and the numerous interior photos I made using a combination of styles such as flambient, HDR, and detail really cover all the highlights of the design of the home.
