Sandia Heights Luxury Real Estate Drone Photography pending fast!
Out on another luxury real estatedrone photography shoot for returning client Fred Creek this time in the Sandia Heights area of Albuquerque. It took me a couple of weeks to post these photos, and I see that this listing is already pending at $850,000! It was great working with new client Crown Jewels and Coin here at the JCP Home Studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico, making a series of photos of Rolex watches that will be featured in their new television commercial! Using a reflective acrylic product background for these shots, and my Sony 90mm f/2.8 macro lens, we put the watches in various positions and I even suggested having a hand model type shot. This was easily my most valuable product photography shoot to date!
Luxury Real Estate Photography on a tight deadline in Albuquerque
This was my first time to work with Nick Caffey of Cottonwood Realty who called me with a short notice request to photograph a luxury real estate listing on La Luz Trail NE right in the very foot of the Sandia Mountains (check out the actual property listing if you are interested). He told me it was going to be a $1.5 million dollar listing, and that he needed it photographed within 3 days! I had a very tight schedule, and was not even in Albuquerque at the time of his text, and was leaving Albuquerque yet again for more out of town photo work 3 days after I got back. However, I was able to make time and get all the photography and drone content done for Nick in time for his listing date (save for twilight shots due to weather). The owners of the house helped make this possible too by having the house ready and looked like it was staged professionally. Thank you Nick for choosing me as your luxury home real estate photographer! I hope this listing sells quickly and I look forward to the next luxury property shoot with you.
Bringing the Sandia Mountain views in with real estate photography
Most luxury real estate properties I photograph in Albuquerque, New Mexico are either furnished or staged, but I had the unique opportunity to photograph an unfurnished, just finished, home for the builder themselves. Approaching the house I had no idea the inside would look like it did with its super high ceilings and commanding view of the Sandia Mountains. It is very much a modern house at the foot of the mountains where the views come right in through the windows, which is what I wanted to highlight in the interior photos I made of the main living space.
Luxury real estate photography for a $10 million kitchen
It has taken over a year and a half for me to be able to share the first photos from a luxury real estate shoot I did for a property valued at $10 million. And even now I am only able to share just these three photos of the kitchen! Look for them in an upcoming issue of Su Casa Magazine. Needless to say this is the most luxurious residential home I ever photographed. It was an entire day of shooting hand crafting the photo of each space. More Creative Real Estate Photography than expected in Rio Rancho
This luxury real estate property in Rio Rancho, New Mexico was first featured in this blog post showing more traditional interior and exterior photos. What is offered here at Jason Collin Photography is far more than just the usual in real estate photography. Looking to push the boundaries of what creative real estate photography for luxury homes can be, at the end of the shoot I walk the entire property with a handheld 50mm lens looking for unique views of a room with a less wide field of view. This may result in a photo with a very shallow depth of field, or only the very corner of a room, or simply featuring the part of the bathroom a prospective buyer will find most relaxing. My goal is to always be more creative, more inventive, even in real estate photography.
Rio Rancho Real Estate Photography for Contemporary Luxury Home
Jim contacted me about real estate photography for his contemporary luxury home in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Photographing such a beautifully designed and decorated luxury home is a pleasure for me. The open concept living room and kitchen was an area I alone spent over an hour photographing! Photographing a luxury home like this I use the best interior photography technique of flambient when the shot suited it, and other times traditional off camera lighting shots.
