October Moonscape Like a Movie Set At Asilomar Beach Pacific Grove
When I started walking Asilomar Beach with my camera one evening in October in albeit fading daylight, but daylight still, I did not know I would end up getting photos of the moon with fog rolling in that to me, even seeing it as soon as I made the photo, look like a Universal Pictures 1930s movie set still frame. When I look at this photo I expect to see the silhouette of the Wolf Man slink across it! Having unusual weather and foreground elements help get unique photos of the moon, that can otherwise all look the same.

Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon Like an Autumn Mirror
This was my second time in the area of Klamath Falls for long time land real estate client Hemingway Land Company. This trip to photograph four land properties brought me to the Upper Klamath Lake area by the small town of Chiloquin. Right after I finished the 7.5 hour drive from Pacific Grove, California to Chiloquin, I checked into my hotel room, dropped off my bags, and headed right to the first property which was a stone’s throw from the lake. The client also wanted drone video and photos of the lake itself, so I went just a bit south of the property to Henzel Park where the sun was reflecting off the surface of the lake like a giant mirror. It was a stunning scene, that I had all to myself! If you can believe it, no one else was at this park seeing this incredible view. I am glad to share the drone video, drone photos, and still photos of this special sunset from this special place in Oregon.
Write Invite pops up in The Quill in Pacific Grove
Huge turnout for this ribbon cuttingevent to celebrate the opening of Write Invite in The Quill right in downtown Pacific Grove put on by the Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce. The community really turned out to celebrate Marian and even the mayor of Pacific Grove helped cut the ribbon! It was truly standing room only. If you like to feel the paper, then Write Invite is the only place around you can come in person to do so in the area for invitations and cards for the holidays, for your wedding, for just saying thank you.
Showcasing the After: Professional Photography for Luxury Bathroom Renovations in Pebble Beach
Long time client Adelle of Murrer Construction was telling me about a special project she had coming up in Pebble Beach. So recently I met her in Pebble Beach for the big reveal of this special project and to make renovation photos of it. Her construction company was doing renovations to two bathrooms, all custom work. Even the vanities were handmade, custom for each bathroom, one en suite of the main bedroom and the other for a featured bathroom on the main floor of the house. Onyx was used for the shower walls. Then backlit mirrors with no frames, that look super cool, mounted over those custom vanities. I made sure to take a photo with full lights on, and lights dimmed to show these unique lighting features, as well as getting direct shots of the custom vanities. Then the onyx shower bench was another unique feature that I highlighted to show off the creative and quality work that Adelle and her team at Murrer Construction do. Thank you Adelle for continuing to choose me as your photographer and for your trust to make photos of these amazing bathroom renovations!
Promoting Pacific Grove for the PG Chamber featuring Red House Cafe
Continuing with the series of local business social media videos I made for The Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce, this time the video shows local favorite restaurant, Red House Cafe. Also seen again are Jazmyn and CC as they check out the restaurant, order, and enjoy the meals they chose in the very cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the Red House Cafe, with working fireplace no less! Thank you to all involved in helping me shoot and record this video at Red House Cafe.
