Showcasing the After: Professional Photography for Luxury Bathroom Renovations in Pebble Beach
Long time client Adelle of Murrer Construction was telling me about a special project she had coming up in Pebble Beach. So recently I met her in Pebble Beach for the big reveal of this special project and to make renovation photos of it. Her construction company was doing renovations to two bathrooms, all custom work. Even the vanities were handmade, custom for each bathroom, one en suite of the main bedroom and the other for a featured bathroom on the main floor of the house. Onyx was used for the shower walls. Then backlit mirrors with no frames, that look super cool, mounted over those custom vanities. I made sure to take a photo with full lights on, and lights dimmed to show these unique lighting features, as well as getting direct shots of the custom vanities. Then the onyx shower bench was another unique feature that I highlighted to show off the creative and quality work that Adelle and her team at Murrer Construction do. This was the fourth renovation shoot (first and second and third shoots) I did for Adelle of Murrer Construction this time featuring some detailed bathroom design, custom cabinetry, and a whole new kitchen for a home redone from the studs out in Pebble Beach, California. Adelle’s team did a great job with a mix of styles from a more modern and open kitchen, to custom wallpapering in a bedroom, to a bathtub with full view of the backyard area. Day and Twilight Vacation Rental Real Estate Photography in Pebble Beach
I spent a day in Pebble Beach at this vacation rental home nestled atop a hill in the pine trees photographing it in daylight and twilight, as well as sending up the drone to get treetop views of the larger property setting. Vacation rental photography does differ from straight up real estate listing photography in how the home is featured, as the furniture needs to be shown on purpose, as it of course is part of the rental itself. Not to mention, a couple of rental experience shots, like the one above. This was definitely a vacation rental to enjoy in the forest of Pebble Beach!
Kitchen Remodel Photography for Condo in Pebble Beach California
At long last I have made my photography debut here in the Monterey area of California! I am very lucky to have such a great first client, Adelle of Murrer Construction. Her construction company did a remodel of this kitchen in a condo in Pebble Beach, California. I was encouraged to be as creative as I wanted to in highlighting the work her team did on transforming this kitchen into a modern, blue toned eye catcher! I used both a wide angle lens and a large aperture prime lens to get different, creative views for Adelle to use in her company’s marketing materials.
