Drone video and photography for asphalt marketing content in Rio Rancho
Sunland Asphalt has become a new, and already returning, drone video and photography client where I go out and get “before and after” drone content of huge parking lots they have resurfaced. This time I went to a school in Rio Rancho to get drone video and aerial photos of the crew in action doing the resurfacing. It is always a challenge flying over live action where I do not know what is going to happen next and there are trees and light poles all around. I have to admit, my instincts were uncanny, or I just got super lucky, to often have the drone in the right place at the right time to capture the action just as it happens! The “after” drone content was much easier to get of course, as I just went on an evening near sunset time to get glamour shots of the finished parking lot. I really cannot believe how much of a difference a resurfaced parking lot makes aesthetically! Thank you Sunland for choosing me as your drone pilot and I have a new appreciation for the beauty of the parking lot the crew created.
Drone Aerial Photos with impact for Rio Rancho Real Estate
Back out on another shoot for ABQHomes this time in Rio Rancho, I made drone aerial photos of this luxury home highlighting its amazing views of the Sandia Mountains. Drone real estate photography can uniquely show the setting of a home where photos from the ground just cannot. This makes a big impact on potential buyers to see the residential family home in context with its surrounding environment. This luxury home will stand out to buyers over other listings that do not have drone photos showing off the great mountain views. If you are a real estate agent in Rio Rancho and are not using aerial drone photography and video yet, contact me today to stay competitive with your competition that already is using drone imagery
This was my third drone aerial photography project in the past two months for WSP, this time taking me way up to Rio Rancho along Paseo Del Norte Blvd and Unser Blvd. This was more of a utilitarian assignment getting aerial photos of the road itself and the intersection, but while I had the drone up I did point to toward the Sandia Mountains to get the above photo mostly because I thought it was a unique view I could share. Then the top down view of the intersection I found personally interesting as I managed to somehow capture a moment with zero vehicles passing through it!
Luxury Home with Stunning Mountain Views in Rio Rancho
My photography work often takes me to nearby Rio Rancho, New Mexico, but never before have I seen views of the Sandia Mountains like this from a residential home. Step out into the backyard and there before you, totally unobstructed by anything artificial, loom the Sandias. Look to the north and south and catch a glimpse of the Rio Grande River. Inside this architectural home features those views from all the rooms on the east side of the home, with its open floor plan. Want to own these views? You have a choice of one night or forever as the owner does list this house as an AirBNB, but is also thinking of flat out selling it. If you value views, privacy, and an awesome home office space, this is the property for you!
While out on a drone aerial photoshoot for a client in remote Rio Rancho, turning away from the actual property site, I saw from the drone’s point of view this long desert road that is apparently a popular spot for motorcycles to do burnouts on! This is something that would have been very hard to observe from ground level. I am often surprised by what I find when I get home and import drone aerial photos. Even without the tire marks, I like the view the drone captured where the winding road takes the viewer into the desert, but the height of the drone keeps the viewer safe from the hardships of the desert, allowing quick escape if necessary.
