Maryeth visited the JCP Home Studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico to get new headshots for LinkedIn. She decided on a digital white background, to look seamless as her profile photo on LinkedIn. For variety she had a couple of wardrobe changes and went jacket and no jacket for a good variety of looks in just a little over 20 minutes of her time in studio. Creative and efficient headshot photo shoots are available for busy working professionals. Thank you Maryeth for choosing me as your headshot photographer!
Street and Studio product photography for sneaker protectors
This professional product photography shoot in Albuquerque, New Mexico took place in studio and out on location on a basketball court. Alexander had specific ideas for what photos he wanted of his sneaker crease protectors, and one of those was on a basketball court, which was a fun challenge to shoot on. After that we took the sneaker inserts back to the JCP Home Studio for a variety of creative and representational product shots. Thank you Alexander for a fun and creative shoot! Farewell to a loyal friend in the Jeep Renegade Trailhawk
It is the end of an era in vehicle ownership for me, as I have had the last adventure in my beloved Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. What started in March of 2019 and took me on 73,000 miles all over New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah, comes to a conclusion in February 2022. In all those miles the Jeep never let me down once, not on road or offroad. It is very bittersweet selling it, just like it was selling the Mazda3 I had before the Jeep. I guess this is the way it goes. In the last two months though, the Jeep went out in style driving on the national seashore in Corpus Christi, up to the top of a mountain in Tucson, and on the snow in Valles Caldera National Preserve with four people and three dogs in it! Just like the Mazda3 got me and Kiki out of Florida, and the Jeep was at the heart of desert adventure in New Mexico, perhaps the next vehicle will take us to the completion of our journey all the way to where the Road meets the Sea.
Creative headshots for actors in a relaxed studio environment
More and more actors are choosing Jason Collin Photography in Albuquerque, New Mexico for professional, creative headshots. Mark visited the JCP Home Studio with a specific idea for a headshot, having his folded hands in the shot, and on a black background. This is the headshot we created together, and I cannot decide if I like the black and white version or the color version better! Which do you prefer? Thank you Mark for a great actor headshot session right here in Albuquerque!
Professional Product Photography for CBD Products in Albuquerque
Craft 1861 brought another series of CBD products to the JCP Home Studio here in Albuquerque, New Mexico for professional product photography. This time there were some colorful bath bombs I handled very carefully to keep them from rolling off the table and losing any bits of themselves. This was another product shoot done virtually with the team from Craft 1861 watching the shoot in real time so they could have input on the color coordination of the bath bombs. Thank you to everyone at Craft 1861 for continuing to choose me as your product photographer in Albuquerque, New Mexico! Check out the Craft 1861 website.
Driving through solid rock at the Gilman Tunnels of New Mexico
The Gilman Tunnels in the Jemez area of Sandoval County in New Mexico were one of the last more well known, of the lesser known, curiosities in the region I had never yet been to. That was remedied on a winter day with a few snow flakes falling. Up an unassuming neighborhood road you go to end up driving right though a solid rock tunnel. No supporting structures needed to hold up these tunnels hewn right out of the mountainside. Have you been to the Gilman Tunnels? If not, check out the map link below to go visit them this weekend!
Opera singer dons leather jacket for headshots in Albuquerque
I definitely did not think that when opera singer, Mark, reserved his headshot photo shoot for here at the JCP Home Studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico, that I would be making photos of him in a black leather jacket! However, as you can see, it resulted in some pretty cool looking shots. Using a mix of black and white backgrounds, formal and casual attire, I was able to create for Mark a wide variety of headshots for him to use as he heads to Germany for the next phase of his opera singing career. Thank you Mark for a great headshot session and for choosing me as your headshot photographer!
