This Carmel residential real estate project for Spencer and Melanie of Carr Brothers Real Estate was my first true residential real estate shoot since moving to Pacific Grove, California. The home at 2997 Lasuen Drive had something especially valuable to show potential buyers: location. Rather than focusing only on the house itself, the drone video highlighted the property’s position near Carmel Mission, Mission Ranch, and Carmel River Beach, giving viewers a much stronger sense of the surrounding neighborhood and lifestyle.
Collaborating with the listing agents on the drone video
My first time working with Spencer and Melanie on one of their residential real estate listings was a true collaboration. They knew the property well and were very helpful in suggesting in particular a long approach shot for the drone video flying in from the direction of Carmel Mission toward the house itself located right behind the mission. This view was also used for an aerial drone photo showing the location and proximity of the house to both the mission and Carmel River Beach.
